Deirdre McDonnell (FCPA) has enjoyed a varied career as a CPA accountant from training in practice to heading up the finance function in a Dublin ad agency for a number of years. She then entered the world of management consulting with PA Consulting Group,  working out of the London practice. Deirdre then set up her own consulting company and qualified as a  Risk Practitioner and has worked to bring large company consulting services to small and medium sized companies. Most recently Deirdre was Director of Education at accountancy body CPA Ireland. In her time in CPA, Deirdre introduced a new syllabus, the first global professional accountancy syllabus to cover Sustainability.

Deirdre will be working with Pragmatica to assist clients in navigating the global sustainability financial reporting responsibilities and requirements. She will also help clients to work with their stakeholders in supplying information on the potential impact of climate-related matters on the operations, financing and performance of their companies.
